How To Use

STEP 1 BEGIN: Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200°C and empty baking mix into a large mixing bowl.

STEP 2 MIX: Slowly add 250ml-275ml of your choice of plant milk and mix well with a silicon spatula. Mash 100g ripe banana in a small separate bowl, then add to the mixture and mix well.

STEP 3 BAKE: Trasfer mixture into a lined bread tin or non-stick tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked through and golden browl on top.

STEP 4 COOL: Allow to cool on a cooling rack, then remove from the baking dish, slice into 12 equal pieces and enjoy.

STEP 5 STORE: Keep in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3-5 days or can be frozen and enjoyed later.
