Why should I shop from Fit Nutrition Fix?

Good Question! Lots of reasons. We don’t follow the one-size-fits-all approach, and believe your nutrition should be as tailored as your playlist – and we’re here every step of the way to help you out! We stock a carefully curated range of the world’s best supplements for you to choose from, top quality brands, and a huge range of high quality, organic products to fit every body and every goal. Did anyone say gluten free, sugar free or dairy free?

I need some advice before I make my purchase. How can I get help?

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate of $9.95 for Australia-wide standard shipping, and FREE Shipping for all orders over $150.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal.

When will my order arrive?

Although we only charge for standard shipping and transit times can vary, we endeavour to ship all orders the same day or very next day. You’re welcome!

We use Sendle as our primary courier. For most deliveries within metro areas you can expect to see your parcel between 1-5 business days. Click here to view the approximate transit time for your destination.

For rural areas, we use Australia post. You can expect to see your parcel between 2-7 business days.

My order still hasn’t arrived, where is it?

You would have automatically received a tracking number once your order was dispatched, but if you need to get hold of your tracking number again, email hello@fitnutritionfix.com and we’ll help you out.

My order has arrived but it’s damaged or incorrect, what should I do?

Fit Nutrition Fix will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or incorrect items. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To make a claim we request that you follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@fitnutritionfix.com

2. Provide the following details within the email:

a. Your name and invoice number

b.Brief description of the problem you are experiencing

c. Clear pictures of any damage or incorrect items

3. To be eligible for a return, we may request that your unused item/s be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cost of the return may be free of charge depending on the level of damage. When returning an item, we highly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking details to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

4. Once received, Fit Nutrition Fix will then organise to resend a brand new item/s or the correct item, depending on what the initial problem was. 

5. If you decide that you do not want your items resent, we are happy to refund your purchase. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Does Fit Nutrition Fix ship internationally?

At this stage we are only shipping Australia wide. However down the track, we are intending to ship internationally.Watch this space!
